RIM in a formal response to an anonymous executive's openly critical letter tried to at once address and downplay its criticism. The BlackBerry maker claimed it was "fully aware" of problems and actively chasing down both problems and opportunities. The company mostly repeated its position from executive comments that it was at the end of a platform transition and insisted there was "much excitement and optimism" for the upcoming lineup....
