Part suppliers said Monday night that HP was shipping many more notebook PCs in May and June. Shortages caused in part from the Tohoku earthquake in Japan, particularly optical drives, have reportedly cleared up and would see shipments ramp up to as many as 4.15 million in May and five million in June.
